During the period of time a breed is designated an Advanced New Breed, the Advanced New Breed Class Breed Committee will include all of the active TICA breeders of the breed. The Advanced New Breed Class Breed Working Group Chair shall be appointed by the Board. The Executive Office shall furnish the Advanced New Breed Working Group Chair and Board appointed liaison with a list of the New Breed Committee members.

The Advanced New Breed Working Group Chair shall provide an electronic report on the status of the breed development and other issues relevant to the breed to the Genetics Committee, the Rules Committee, and the Executive Office for inclusion in the Agenda at least 60 days prior to each Annual Meeting. Any member of the Genetics Committee or Rules Committee may submit comments on that report, or on any aspect of the breed, to the Board of Directors.
