So what exactly is covered?

We work with you to make sure you have the best coverage for your specific needs. We offer a variety of plans and give you the ability to customize yours to fit your budget for deductibles, percentage reimbursements, and annual limits. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the conditions we cover:

For just a few more dollars a month, you’re able to add additional coverage for your cat like coverage for exam fees that aren’t related to a covered accident or illness, coverage for boarding and advertising, or holistic and alternative treatments

Do you have any specific support for breeders?

Yes! We offer a Breeding Endorsement as an add-on to your pet insurance policy that covers emergency breeding-related expenses. It’s designed specifically for breeders like you who want extra protection for their breeding cats. The breeding endorsement provides additional coverage for conditions like:

  • Emergency c-sections
  • Pregnancy
  • Eclampsia
  • Pyometra

How does the claim process work?

We take pride in the fact that our claim process is designed to be as easy as possible, getting you your reimbursement in a three simple steps.

Submit your claim on our app or by phone. You have 270 days after the date of care to submit the claim.

We review the claim, and within 10 business days we make a decision.

If your claim is approved, you will receive your payment either through Venmo or direct deposit within 7 business days.

*a breeder endorsement can be added within 30 days of your policy’s start date or renewal. There’s a 14-day waiting period before coverage kicks in. It doesn’t cover planned C-sections or routine prenatal care.
