Knowledge Base - Register a Household Pet online

Currently this process requires external forms - which we hope to change in the near future.

  • Click on this link to start the registration progress.
  • On the first screen, read through the applicable rules and click on Next.
  • On the second screen provide the requested information about yourself and click on Next.
  • On the third screen provide the requested information about the cat and click on Next.
  • On the fourth screen provide the requested payment information and click on Next.

You will receive an email as a confirmation for your request.

Pay Online

  • Send the correct amount to paypal@tica.org. You will receive a confirmation email with a PayPal transaction ID.
  • Scan the form and attach it to an email to submit.work@tica.org and copy and paste the following text; or send the form as a fax to +1 (956) 428-8047 and use the text below as a template for the fax cover sheet.

Pay Offline

This requires you to phone in or fax your credit card information

      • Call the Executive Office at +1 (956) 428-8046 or send a fax to +1 (956) 428-8047 with the credit card information.
      • Forward the email you received to submit.work@tica.org and copy and paste the following text:
