Hotel Reservations: The deadline to book your stay at the Embassy Suites, conveniently located next to the convention center, is July 28th. A quick two-minute walk under a covered walkway will get you from the hotel to the event site. Entry Deadline: Please note that the closing date for entries is August 17th. Make sure to submit your entries by this firm date as no late entries will be accepted.
Banquet Reservations: Reservations for the banquet must be made by August 3rd. We need to provide meal options to our caterer four weeks in advance, so please make your selections by this date without exception.
Support the Club: Show your support by purchasing a TICA Annual t-shirt. Photos and pricing details ($20-$22 depending on size) can be found on our website. Additionally, we are seeking sponsorships to help cover the costs of hosting the annual. Your support is invaluable to the success of this event.
Vendor Reservations: We are now taking reservations for vendors. The show is well-publicized within the surrounding community, and we are anticipating a good turnout.
