SolanaRanch Bengals is the TICA-registered cattery prefix of Robyn Paterson and is part of Quality Bengal Kittens, the Bengal breeding program operated by Robyn and Jon Paterson in Foresthill, California. Quality Bengal Kittens combines Robyn’s SolanaRanch Bengals and Jon’s Wildernesswell Bengals under one breeding program.

We have bred Bengal cats for more than 25 years, with an emphasis on exceptional temperament, long-term health, genetic diversity, and preserving the distinctive qualities of the Bengal breed. Our kittens are raised in our home as part of everyday family life, with extensive socialization and individual attention.

We evaluate each kitten’s personality and help families choose a Bengal whose temperament, confidence, activity level, and social needs are a good match for their home.

Robyn Paterson serves as the TICA Bengal Breed Committee Chair and the CFA Bengal Breed Council. Quality Bengal Kittens is committed to responsible Bengal breeding, breed education, health testing, and the long-term wellbeing of Bengal cats.

Health Statement:

Quality Bengal Kittens/SolanaRanch has prioritized Bengal health for 25+ years. Breeding cats receive HCM echocardiograms by veterinary cardiologists every 12–18 months, often through age 8, with multigenerational records maintained. We prioritize genetic diversity through unrelated early-generation and domestic outcrosses and use Wisdom Panel genetic diversity data. Cats are DNA tested for PRA-b and PK Deficiency.

Kittens include a five-year genetic and congenital health guarantee.
