Cat lovers will also be able to talk to trainers and breeders, watch cat agility demonstrations, and meet Blue Peter’s cats Socks and Cookie.

“We’re thrilled to be invited to exhibit at this prestigious event and one that is attended by cat lovers from across the United Kingdom,” said Vickie Fisher, President of The International Cat Association. “This is a great opportunity to introduce TICA to cat lovers plus breeders, exhibitors, veterinarians and other professionals who work with cats.”

TICA is an international organization with members and clubs in Latin America, North America, Asia, Europe and Africa and continues to grow all around the world. The organization has over 40 clubs in Europe, with eleven in the United Kingdom. TICA recognizes fifty-five breeds of cats for championship competition – from the regal Siamese, exotic Bengal and exquisite Persian, to newer breeds including the Savannah, Kurilian Bobtail and Thai. It is also the world’s largest registry of household pet cats and kittens. Household pet cats and kittens adopted from shelters or rescued off the street, compete for titles and international and regional awards, just like pedigreed cats.
