Knowledge Base - What is the registration incentive and how do I apply for it?

The registration incentive is targeted at breeders who would like to start working with TICA. You can get the registrations of your cattery name as well as 5 or more cats at a discounted price:

  • Each individual registration from a pedigree is only USD 15 (instead of USD 20)
  • The cattery registration is only USD 40 (instead of USD 80)

You will need scans of the following documents:

Once you have all of the required documents, follow these instructions:

  1. Register your cattery. You will be charged the full price – but this will be corrected later on.
  2. Once your cattery is registered, go to “TFMS >> Catteries >> My Catteries.
  3. Select your cattery.
  4. Choose “Request Service >> None of the above”.
  5. As subject of the case enter “Registration Incentive”.
  6. As a description, enter “I would like to register my cattery and several of my cats using the registration incentive. I already registered the cattery with the full price in order to be able to create a case. Please reduce the invoice amount by USD 40 to account for this. I’m attaching pedigrees and proof of ownership for the cats to be registered.”
  7. Upload your files. When creating your request, you will only be able to upload up to 4 files. If you have more files than that, you can add them later.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions.

This will create a “case” which the Executive Office will process. You can access your case at “TFMS >> User Avatar (the little picture at the top of the page) >> My Cases“.

If you had more than 4 files that needed to be attached, go to the case. There is a section of the page that has the tabs “Case Detail”, “Case History”, and “Files”. Go to the “Files” section. Here you can upload any additional files.

When the Executive Office is ready to process your request, they will check the documentation you supplied and issue an invoice. Once you have paid the invoice, the registrations will be processed.
