Submit a Support Case

Submitting a Support Case:

  1. Log in to http://TFMS.tica.org using your credentials.
  2. If your issue pertains to the TOES (show program), navigate to the top menu and select “TOES Support.” Follow the provided prompts to submit your support case.
  3. For issues related to cats, litter, catteries, etc., click on “My Cats” and choose any cat from your list. Once the cat’s details are displayed, click on “Request Service” located in the upper right corner. If none of the drop-down options apply to your issue, simply select “None of the Above” and proceed with the prompts to submit your case.

Reviewing Pending Cases:

  1. Log in to http://TFMS.tica.org using your credentials.
  2. Click on the human icon, represented as a bubble, located in the upper right corner.
  3. Select “My Cases” from the options presented.
  4. You will see a list of your pending and completed cases. Click on a specific case to view details or respond. You can also reply or reopen a case as needed.
